In the Winter of 2024 we worked on this short film documentary to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Sun City. We worked closely with Gin Wah Ang and Chef Brian Cole to create this film about the five course dish Chef Brian was curating for the 50th anniversary dinner. He used many local ingredients to tie into the Yanchep theme, this was all matched to Gin’s vision for the area covering the five pillars of health and wellbeing, education, sustainable communities, clean energy and agropolis. We love seeing the vision for our home of Yanchep slowly take shape while being a part of the documentation. Enjoy the film below.
